HR Manager


Objective of the position:

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for organizing, directing and evaluating the

performance of human talent and participates in the development of labor policies of the

organization. Provide solutions to labor conflicts and problems that arise within the company.

It is also responsible for selecting staff when necessary, identify training needs and represent

the company before labor organizations in accordance with the guidelines, policies,

procedures and quality criteria. The Human Resources Manager, should also take an active

part in any proceedings for promotions and ensure the legality of each process.


Job Description:

- Coordinates administrative processes related to job profiles, salaries and different

strategies related to staff administration

- Develops, implements and evaluates the execution of internal policies and its compliance

- Participates and coordinates the creation and execution of annual / monthly budget within

the HR department

- Works along with other Department Managers in the annual development of its staff


- Creates performance evaluations within its team and promotes growth opportunities for all


- Conducts steady audits to internal process in order to seek areas of opportunities

- Coordinates training programs at all employment levels

- Responsible of developing salary increments based on employee’s performance


- Responsible of handling all queries presented before the Ministry of Labor, along with the

company’s lawyer

- Will work along with the company’s lawyer in the update of all labor contracts

- Acts as a link between all different departments seeking the wellbeing of all employees

- Makes sure that the mission, vision and values of the company are being met

- Oversees the resolution of all internal conflicts

- Plans, coordinates and evaluates the budget for all activities related to the growth of the


- Responsible in the negotiation with all service providers related to the employee’s


- Executes all other activities assigned by General Management and Board of Directors



- Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive (minimum

of 4 years of experience)

- People oriented and results driven

- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics

- Knowledge of HR systems and databases

- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the


- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

- BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field

- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals,

professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations

- Ability to write report, business correspondence, and procedure manuals

- 90% English proficiency
