Job description
- Responsible for the day to day supervision of the Site’s Facilities including but not limited to facilities equipment handled such as air conditioning, electrical system, UPS, FDAS & related utilities, ensuring continuous production operation.
- Responsible for supervision and development of all direct reports
- Assists Facilities Manager as a point of contact in connection with Lessor concerns/issues regarding leased space
- Responsible for asset management and inventory
- Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance of all facilities handled equipment
- Supervise outsource contractor to ensure works will be completed on time
- Responsible in updating of Facilities files & database.
- Knowledgeable in installation & maintenance of data center equipment including but not limited to servers.
- Knowledgeable in the installation and maintenance of electronics equipment, including but not limited to NVRs, IP Cameras, Door Access Control System, Biometric devices, RFID Devices & Electromagnetics door locks.
- Responsible for the maintenance and testing for Infotainment systems, including but not limited to TVs, Cable Set Top Boxes, Karaoke Machines, Electronic Gaming Machines etc.
- Active participation in safety programs of the company
- Active participation on the attainment and maintenance of departmental objectives
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience as Facilities Supervisor in a BPO set-up
- Well versed in Facilities equipment and processes including Electronics System (data center, DACS, Electrical, Air Conditioning, & etc)
- At least with 2-year supervisory experience
- Graduate of BSECE/BSME/BSEE/BSCE
- Licensed ECE/EE/ ME/CE
- BOSH/COSH Certification”
