Nearsol is seeking an experienced HR Employee Engagement Supervisor to join our team in a supervisor-level role focused on employee engagement and company events in APAC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources with a particular emphasis on fostering a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee morale, and organizing memorable company events. This role will play a crucial part in creating a vibrant and cohesive work environment within the APAC region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction levels across the APAC region.
- Plan, organize, and execute company events, including but not limited to team-building activities, holiday parties, and recognition ceremonies.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify employee engagement needs and develop tailored initiatives.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless execution of company events and activities.
- Design and conduct surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms to gauge employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead initiatives to celebrate employee milestones, achievements, and special occasions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with company culture and values.
- Provide guidance and support to HR team members and other departments on matters related to employee engagement and events.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to employee engagement and events, and incorporate relevant insights into strategy development.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employee engagement programs and events, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee engagement and events coordination.
- Proven experience organizing and executing successful company events or initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with innovative ideas for enhancing employee engagement and creating memorable experiences.
- Familiarity with HRIS software and other relevant tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while also functioning effectively within a team environment.
- Fluency in ENGLISH is a plus.
