Passionate and empathic towards the problems of underprivileged communities, NEARSOL Foundation was created to bring about a wave of change among the people with limited resources through training and development. Established in different destinations around the world, we gathered insight into the need for robust philanthropic activities. NEARSOL Foundation, a non-profit organization works diligently to help the population in dire need of massive humanitarian efforts become self-sufficient and to improve their life standards.
A true believer of Passion, Care, Results, Commitment and Resourcefulness, Jon has been practicing these values since he started his professional BPO career way back in 2001. Evolving to the team player and leader that he is now, he is responsible for overseeing the Administrative Departments for all of Nearsol Philippines.
He started his BPO career in People Support and took on opportunities with Teletech and Transcom. Proud to have come from those previous companies, he now brings that wealth of experience and knowledge with Nearsol in Operations, Quality, Client Management and Site Administration.
Jon has spearheaded numerous successful projects and campaign launches across different sites and verticals while managing various high performing teams.
A true Operations champion and advocate of customer experience, he also has a solid grasp and keen understanding of COPC Standards and has led Quality Assurance teams with Six Sigma background.

Victor has held senior leadership roles in different companies over the last 12 years in the US, as well as, Latin America. Previous to that, he was part of the executive team of a US company where his leadership skills and strategic planning were key in making the company successful, leading to his role as Chief Financial Officer at Nearsol.
His vast experience in finance, strategic planning and entrepreneurship were utilized as he actively participated in forming new startups in The United States, Guatemala and the Philippines. He has co-led the development, growth and globalization of Nearsol.
In his role as CFO, he has a broad range of responsibilities for the overall finance activities within the corporate business including global accounting, corporate development and investment opportunities. His strategic guidance paired with his accurate forecasts had influenced the decisions made by the executive team that resulted in the profitable expansion of Nearsol.
He studied Strategic Planning, Finance and Business Administration at UCI Irvine, in California. He has received various awards for his merits and achievements throughout his professional career.
A serial entrepreneur at heart who has established several companies including a Real Estate and Loan firm in California which he turned into a nearshore operation in Guatemala. This proactive approach to business resulted in an innovative and profitable business model that has lead him to a successful career.
Co-founder and CEO of Nearsol, one of the most respected and sought-after BPO services company, which in a short period has become a leader in the industry in Central America, the Caribbean and Asia Pacific. His expanding expertise in BPO services has allowed him to develop projects in some of the most influential markets in the world.
A calculated risk-taker with deep industry knowledge, he has built a reputation for developing business strategies and managing a profitable business model.

Serves on several board of directors including Agexport and the Nearsol Foundation, he’s an active member of the community, leading and promoting projects for social awareness and progress
Vannessa graduated as a Lawyer & Notary from the prestigious University Francisco Marroquín and now practices International and Corporate Transactional law. She has worked extensively in matters involving Labor Law, Intellectual Property and International Negotiations in BPO, Steel and Agricultural industries.
She went on to further study Protection of Foreign Investments in International Law and International Legal Issues (Moot Courts) and is now also well versed in these matters.
She is responsible for generating and reviewing all contracts relating to the many business relationships with vendors and subcontractors that NEARSOL works with.
She advises the board of directors to ensure they keep in line with regulatory and compliance requirements and heads the Legal Department as the focal point for all company legal matters.
