Job description

Nearsol is seeking an experienced HR Employee Engagement Supervisor to join our team in a supervisor-level role focused on employee engagement and company events in APAC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources with a particular emphasis on fostering a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee morale, and organizing memorable company events. This role will play a crucial part in creating a vibrant and cohesive work environment within the APAC region.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction levels across the APAC region.
  2. Plan, organize, and execute company events, including but not limited to team-building activities, holiday parties, and recognition ceremonies.
  3. Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify employee engagement needs and develop tailored initiatives.
  4. Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless execution of company events and activities.
  5. Design and conduct surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms to gauge employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Lead initiatives to celebrate employee milestones, achievements, and special occasions.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with company culture and values.
  8. Provide guidance and support to HR team members and other departments on matters related to employee engagement and events.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to employee engagement and events, and incorporate relevant insights into strategy development.
  10. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employee engagement programs and events, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee engagement and events coordination.
  3. Proven experience organizing and executing successful company events or initiatives.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  5. Excellent project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Creative mindset with innovative ideas for enhancing employee engagement and creating memorable experiences.
  7. Familiarity with HRIS software and other relevant tools is preferred.
  8. Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while also functioning effectively within a team environment.
  9. Fluency in ENGLISH is a plus.
  10. A passion for creating a positive work culture and fostering employee happiness and satisfaction.
