Throughout the year, Iloilo captivates both visitors and residents with its sights, culinary expertise, and famous tourist spots. But what makes January the month to beat is the Dinagyang Festival, an annual cultural event in Iloilo City celebrated on the fourth Sunday of January.
Every year, more than a million revelers attend the Dinagyang, one of the Philippines’ largest festivals. Officially launched Last January 12, 2024, the rains did not dampen the spirits of participants. And of course, wherever there is camaraderie, NEARSOL can’t be far behind.
In its 5th year of joining the Dinagyang festivities, NEARSOL unites with thousands of Filipinos in honor of the Señor Santo Niño, the child Jesus.
