Nearsol is proudly supporting and participating in the Caitlin Robb Annual Foundation Golf Tournamenttaking place in Phoenix, Arizona on February 28,2020, this foundation focuses on curing pediatric cancer and has raised over $2.1 million dollars over the past 25 years. The Nearsol family is delighted to be able to do our part in raising more funds to help alleviate the struggle of pediatric cancer of families around the world.
Globally there are more than 300,000 children diagnosed with cancer each year, according to American Childhood Cancer Organization. The foundation has gifted to multiple children’s cancer research programs including, Phoenix Children’s Hospital, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Ronald McDonald House, and The Make-A-Wish Foundationto name a few. Nearsol feels it is important that every child is given a fair chance at life which is why we decided to take part in this Caitlin Robb Foundation event.
The tournament this year is extra special because it is the 25th anniversary of Caitlin Robb’spassing, which prompted the creation of the foundation, also it is the first Arizona and Delaware Valley Chapter combined golf tournament. This will bring together the entire organization in one place for one cause.

Nearsol is thrilled to be taking part in this fun event and will be represented by Victor Pereda, CEO and Steve Young, VP of Business Development playing in the tournament; while Violet Pereda, Director of Marketing and Lauren Stebbins, Research Analyst will be helping run the events from behind the scenes. We look forward to the sunshine Arizona has to offer, the memories that will be created but most importantly to succeed raising the funds needed to fight pediatric cancer. We hope to see a day when this disease has been eradicated from the world.
